Friends Pathway - Salt Room 45 Minute Session

This Path is designed for the solo guest seeking an extended moment of restoration, the friends you choose to journey with, or the kindred spirits you meet along the way. Our shared salt room welcomes adults 13 and older into a tranquil, 45‑minute sanctuary where the outside world gently fades. This experience is curated as a silent retreat—an invitation to settle into stillness, soften the mind, and enjoy quiet connection in a deeply calming environment.

This is not in the salt room this session is in a sauna like booth for one to two people.

This path is ideal for anyone needing a moment of peaceful reflection or a quick, restorative reset. Settle into a 10–15 minute private session inside our enclosed salt booth, designed to support deep breathing, stillness, and quiet grounding. The smaller space allows you to experience the full, effective benefits of dry salt therapy in a concentrated environment.

The Meadows Pathways Salt Room is such a great addition to our community! I've done both the Solo Booth and the Large Salt Room; both lend to a relaxing experience. Courtney and Shana are both helpful in explaining the benefits and giving tips to get the most from your experience.They have thought of everything from the ambiance and the heated Himalayan hot stones, to the hot facial towels. after your session.

I did a solo session this morning, and I loved it! Booking online was super easy. They got me right in when I arrived and made me feel very comfortable. They explained the process and what to expect before I started since it was my first time. I love how clean and peaceful the environment is. I will definitely be returning!
