Four friends and myself did a 45 minute session. It was so peaceful, relaxing and fun. A wonderful way to enjoy some time together! Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Did the large room with my daughter and 4-year old granddaughters. It was very relaxing for the adults, and the girls enjoyed playing with toys. I would do it again.

We reserved the salt room with a group of friends and it was a wonderful experience. It was relaxing and I felt very chill afterwards for sure. But it also definitely helped breathing and respiratory-wise, which was awesome. Look forward to coming back, and trying the solo space too. They created a very beautiful, special space!
